Candida, or yeast overgrowth, is a commonly occurring health problem. Deprive the yeast of their food sources through the candida diet, which consists of elimination of all processed foods and most sugars from the diet for at least three weeks.

Insert one acidophiles tab vaginally twice daily, usually first thing in the morning and before going to bed.
