How to Cure Candida & Yeast

Candida, or yeast overgrowth, is a commonly occurring health problem. Caused by an excess of yeast in the body and known for its wide range of symptoms, yeast infections are often overlooked by medical doctors unless they express themselves in an identifiable way such as a vaginal yeast infection or thrush.

Instructions

Internal Yeast Infection

    Deprive the yeast of their food sources through the candida diet, which consists of elimination of all processed foods and most sugars from the diet for at least three weeks.

    Avoid caffeine as it tends to weaken the body's natural immune response.

    Take plenty of garlic and vitamins C and E to boost the immune system. Garlic is also a natural antifungal.

    Drink at least 12 glasses of water daily.

    Take acidophiles supplements at least three times daily until the overgrowth has diminished.

    Eat plenty of yogurt.

Vaginal Yeast Infection

    Insert one acidophiles tab vaginally twice daily, usually first thing in the morning and before going to bed.

    If suffering from excessive itching or irritation, use a comfrey-calendula cream with some acidophiles mixed in to soothe the area. This is especially effective if the cream is refrigerated to give a cooling effect.
