    You can help your body burn off calories and fat by starting an exercise routine. Begin by exercising 30 minutes a day, and increase that time after a few months to 1 hour per day. Getting Enough Water

    Make sure that you are getting enough water throughout the day. Water will boost the metabolism by hydrating the endocrine system in the body. When the metabolism is high, the body can burn more calories, therefore making weight loss and fat loss easier. Drink at least 8 8 ounce glasses of water per day to make sure that your system is sufficiently hydrated.
